The restaurant has earned a reputation as successful and known for quality and consistency. And the Meekers continue to find new ways to challenge themselves and their customers. A creative alliance with Hawaiian chef Sam Choy resulted in the Meekers' bringing Pacific Rim fish to Philadelphia.
